Work in Ukraine at a Top Metal-Plastic Profile Manufacturing Plant

A modern manufacturing plant — one of the TOP-5 producers of metal-plastic profiles in Ukraine — is hiring Factory Workers / Production Operators for long-term employment.

The work is clean and light, and most processes are automated. Training is provided, and no previous experience is required.

Location: Chernivtsi, Ukraine

Chernivtsi is a calm and comfortable city with well-developed infrastructure. The region is safe and located only about 20 km from the EU border, offering convenient travel and a strong sense of stability for foreign workers. The city has shops, hospitals, and public transport — everything needed for comfortable living.

Work Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week (approx. 170 hours/month)
• Shift schedule: 1st shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 2nd shift: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM
• Lunch break: 1 hour
• Overtime and Saturday work may be available depending on production needs

Salary: UAH 150 per hour net (approx. USD 600 per month)

Meal allowance: 100 UAH/day (2000 - 2300 UAH/month)

Accommodation:

• Free employer-provided housing
• 4–6 people per room
• Housing is located near the factory, or the employer provides an organized transfer
• Basement shelter available (safe room)

Working Conditions:

• Workshop temperature: 15–20°C
• No wind, comfortable indoor conditions
• Clean production
• Clothing: usually T-shirt / fleece
• Workwear can be provided free of charge (upon request)

Main Responsibilities

1) Assembly Line Work (Metal-Plastic Profile)

• “Constructor” principle, like LEGO
• Easy to learn in a short time
• No heavy operations

2) Production Equipment Work

• Manufacturing simple parts and components
• Simple, repetitive operations on equipment
• Maximum lifting weight: up to 10 kg (technical aids are used)

Candidate Profile:

• Men
• In good physical condition
• Height 160 cm or taller
• Good hand dexterity (no problems with hand coordination)
• No experience required
• Language is not required (Indian and Bangladeshi workers are already employed at the plant)
• Must be physically fit for work and have no alcohol abuse
